Bird's Nest is mainly found in Southeast Asia, such as Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia,
Burma and Hainan Province in Southern China. The bird's nest's price of Vietnam supply is the
most expensive. It is because the good weather and natural environment in Vietnam creates the
best environment for bird's nest farming. Thus, the quality of the bird's nest among the South-
East Asia is the best; in which the price is the highest.
The texture and tasting of bird's nest are different from different regions. Compared to Cave Nest,
Home Nest is comparatively cleaner, softer and smoother in texture. So, the cooking time is
comparatively less.
